Great Home Workouts by Home Girl Fitness was created during the pandemic.

I plan engaging and results driven home workouts for clients in the comfort of their home.

​I am a veteran in the fitness industry.  I’ve held a variety of positions in Philadelphia.   I've trained clients at gyms, in their homes, and created programs and instructed exercise classes at community fitness facilities, condominium gyms, private/charter schools, corporate fitness, colleges, and 5 diamond hotels.  ​I've coached online clean eating and nutrition groups and have helped individuals transform their habits and lives.  I create classes and coach all types of people: busy working professionals, athletes, sports and dance teams, stay-at-home moms, brides-to-be, seniors, those living with chronic health conditions or in rehabilitation, and children.    

You can expect the same standard of excellence across all of my fitness services.  As a person, I have strong work ethic, organization skills, and a helpful nature that supports my work and leadership skills.  My background in dance, fitness, and education has equipped me with knowledge and a toolbox full of creative exercises and activities that GUARANTEE YOU a positive experience and leave you feeling accomplished and elevated when working with me.
